Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped from our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled, as orders are handled and packed quickly through our automated fulfillment partner.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and personal wellness products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
Eligible Returns
We may accept returns for unopened and unused products under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The product is in its original, sealed packaging
- The item was not marked as final sale
All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending any product back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken seals
- Subscription orders already processed
- Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Products must be shipped back using a trackable service
Royalishveda is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued only after:
- The return is approved
- The returned product is received and inspected (if applicable)
Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If you are enrolled in a subscription:
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle
- Changes must be made through your account dashboard or by contacting support
Orders already processed under a subscription cannot be refunded or canceled.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Refused delivery
- Failed delivery attempts
may be subject to reshipping fees or partial refunds after return processing.
Exchanges
At this time, Royalishveda does not offer direct exchanges.
