6. Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

a. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

b. Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements:

  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products
  • Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

c. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

d. Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)

No refunds are provided for already processed subscription orders.
